It's a great subject matter and also interesting to see how feelings and viewpoints are not neccesarily fixed and can shift and change quite a lot.

The "Blues Lawyer" is a great subject for closer inspection. He could represent many things... maybe it is as simple as a middle aged guy with a good bit of money and not a lot of talent wishing he was a rock star... or maybe everyone is entitled to their 15 mins of time in the spotlight (talented or not)?... or maybe some tragic tale lies behind his actions... or maybe he is just an arse!

But in any case, it great to have a story/song that makes you think twice, and reassess you original point of view. Interesting stuff and a great song Warren.
