Anyone have the Tascam Model 12?

I have serious desire to get this thing to be the Hub of my home music studio operations. I own a two channel audio interface, but I want more inputs, and I think I can live with this thing's design.

Sometimes I have a pile of synths that need to be mixed and monitored by my studio monitors.

Sometimes I need to record my own vocals and I need the studio monitors off, and I'll run monitoring off headphones.

Sometimes I might use this thing as a super powered Boss BRxxx recorder, and sometimes I might use this thing as a DAW controller for Cubase.

Anyone used one or own one?

great stuff i am curious about this unit and what it can provide for home recording , if its anything like the Tascam dp 24  i have it will be well worth the bucks,
