En reponse à DesOfree , à propos de ma reprise de "the future"

Josh Turner (the other one as he says), because there is indeed another Josh Turner: Joshua Otis Turner who is an American country singer, not bad by the way, with a voice that reminds us of our regretted friend Tommy (Fenderbender) listen here Long Black Train :

...But the Josh Turner that I often quote is the 'other': Joshua Lee Turner, a little guy from New York I think, a multi-instrumentalist.
He is young and very talented, with a solid classical training (he plays pieces from the repertoire of the classical guitar and the lute).

see , listen to Chopin op 55 J

ou encore avec le lute baroque , une pièce de Da Venosa piece for 6 lute Trista est anima mea

Josh is a very talented multi-instrumentalist - violin, guitar, banjo, mandolin, etc.

he excels at the electric guitar, the bass guitar

and he knows how to surround himself with young musicians, including Carson Mackee and Reina Del Cid among others in his group the Other favourites as here in "Heart of country" by Mac Cartney.

I agree - he's got some amazing stuff on his "Josh turner guitar" youtube channel.

I particularly enjoyed:

This one totally blew my mind:

And on his other 'etc. channel' he posted:

One from his high school days was pretty funny:

And a series of 3 videos explaining how he uses a Zoom H2 for recording guitar (and vocals together) (and obtains amazing results):
