I've got my 1 year old to look after while the wife goes to breahead for some retail therapy.

A fantastic first recording !!!!! Acoustic and vox are superb!  Agree with Greeny on the lead and I also found the other electrics a bit harsh. Did you use gtr-fx from the MBR or external? May also be an mp3 encoding issue. But aside from that WOW !!! AMAZING !!!! SUPER !!!! great playing and that friend of yours has a fantastic voice !!

thanks for all the positive feedback, but i think we can do better.

these micro br's are far more powerful than I first thought, the range of effects is quite awsome. the only thing that lets it down if their are no 3/4 rhythm patches therefore no drums on this track.

the effects for the lead are internal (texas) and the dirty sound was done on a line 6 x3.
the acoustic is just recorded dry directly into the br
the vocals are recorded on a behringer B1 condencer mic through our yamaha desk from our band PA.
