Then I read the 7/8 comments. Braver man than me!! You make it sound very natural.

7/8 !  Was trying to count the beats but I couldn't  !  It's a fantastic piece, no wonder you're so proud of it.  Reminds me of Peter Gabriel in parts.

The 7/8 really works. It adds a slightly unsettling edge to proceedings, but the bass (sounding very fine btw) anchors it all down very nicely. A beautiful little world and atmosphere. Very fine work from Pork and his gang.

was listening to Cerys Matthews show on BBCradio6 at the weekend and she had a drummmer explaining all the different time signatures. He said "if you can say it you can play it". he then said beats in 7  8 to work it out say "yellow hippopotamus". What a fucking revalation that was to me.
