This is really strange.

Steve Vai and Joe Bonamassa agree the young (23yo) Matteo Mancuso is one of the best guitar players of the last decade, and now I discover that he lives here in Palermo...

Correct. He's a mix between a bass player and a classical guitar player, but with short (or anyway not very long) nails. He says he just can't use plectrum at all...
