OK guys,

The very last contribution from Me and T.

A plea to all you Songcrafter peeps,

Share the site,

There's a lot of great talent here.

People listen.

We need to keep this site alive.

So much wonderful music.

Tharek says: Without the site, he would not be singing,

Blooby says: this site caused him to start gigging.

I met some great musicians, Kenny, SE, Tharek, Gier, James, Tim, Jarle, Bjorn, others have got together, Hook, Bruno, Mark, Kari, Ella, Redler, Alfredo

We have had great compilations from Boognish, Kenneth, Indierik, Ella, Redler, Vancanad, Kody, Bluesberry

Consistently impressive output from AndyR, Willie, My Idol is Jahia, Hooper...

The wild and imaginative from Trevor and his alter-egos

This site contains an archive of the music whom we have lost and have not received the wide acclaim that they deserve, Wichita, Rob (facemask), Rev 48, Neil, Tommy, and others

We rely upon the continuing support and talent of 64Guitars and Cuthbert who maintain and manage the day to day stuff.

There are too many people to mention and I'm sorry that I have not been able to include everyone, but all of you have contributed in no small part to the success of this place.

Share the site to all your musician friends, we can keep it going, it's out playground.

Without listeners, what is the point of music? Please share.

This Site got me through a lot of shit.  :o

It taught me how to be a musician.

I'm gonna be sharing this message to all my musician friends.

I been away for a while. But was lurking.

It is a strange fact that not every person born on this fair planet are musicians. .... take pride that you are a member of this site.

It (the site and the musicians) got me through some tough times.... trust me....

Death of a child.....
Estrangement from my family.

You guys are something special.
Helped me from different places around the world.

I "met"......
I was supported emotionally from around the world.
With song.
With company.
With friendship.

I love you guys.

This is a community.
A real one.

Share it.
Keep it going.
That's how the net works.

Don't let it end.

Maybe we should create/define both  listener and musician accounts .

Gets all involved.

This site is a jewel in the ether /cloud

Share it like your life depends on it.

Not being funny or trite.....
It saved mine....

Peace

I hear you brothers. We all need to try hard! Mea Culpa! Will try harder, starting today.
We sometimes forget who we are, what makes us happy - lets get producing, lets get listening. FH is spot on correct, we've all had our own SG journey and I would really, really, really hate to see it disappear.

Well said!

If I looking ten years back (oh, how time runs  :o :o :o ), so joining in this site has been one of the most significant things what has happened to me! It has given spark to write songs, learn to play and record. And met great friends both virtually and live and making collabs with them!

I knew this site by Alfredo (again thank you my friend)
and since then I've submitted 220 songs, only covers (I'm unable to compose lyrics or melody)
Not a day goes by that I don't visit the site
in very different styles because I am an amateur of (all) music
I have known in SC some absolutely wonderful instrumentalists and singers: FaceMask ( Rob burns), Fenderbender (Tommy Knox), to name only those who have left us, too many of them are with us to name them all

I didn't know Rob Burns because I arrived in the community after his death I think... but I was always fascinated by the strange coincidence of his name (Burns), his alias (Facemask), his taste for the guitar (including acoustic picking)...and my own professional activity: indeed, throughout my career I have been a physiotherapist specialising in burns and my speciality was...making facial masks for patients with severe facial burns

I proselytize for S C as much as possible and whenever I post a song on SC, I put the link on my facebook page for my friends
