It's definitely smooooth with a funky edge. Very nicely played, it's also well produced and put together. You've got some nice 60s sounds in there (sadly I am old enough to remember the 60s), I liked the trem/vibrato effect on the guitar.

Like you, I tend to use the BR800 for recording audio tracks and then transfer them to the PC for mixing and mastering in a DAW. I think it's easier to use the BR800 rather than try to faff with an audio interface into a PC.
