Sony ECM-DS70P vs. Roland BA-CS10 Stereo Mics

many of you suggested i try the $5.99 (on eBay) Sony ECM-DS70P.

i order 2! for that price, how wrong could i go?

they arrived yesterday (from Hong Kong, which took about 10 days), i plugged 'em in and they work great.

i think i'm gonna hold here for now. for 6 bucks, i don't think i'll do much better. especially since i'm just using it for reference recordings at gigs and rehearsals.

BUT...

if anyone out there DOES seriously A-B the Sony ECM-DS70P and the Roland BA-CS10, i'd be interested in your opinions.
