I've always seemed to be an 'outsider' or an outcaste in the music that I've loved and championed  . I never got into the mainstream. Great music will always find a way out, hell I've just ordered the U.K CD from 1979. Not sure if I've become the old guy harking back to the past, or whether age has given me the confidence to go from the position of "well, its not really my thing" to, "nah, that's a cynical bag of shite and I want nothing to do with it". The one thing is that where there is music, there are aways strong opinions.

Anyway, not even sure what point I'm trying to make ....
