Excellent... this is really good! You've really captured the feel of a live band here. Some gorgeous guitar tones on this & the playing is pretty special too. Bravo, mate!

Oh yes...

Great raw feel on this, super stuff. Yes the Kinks are going up in my estimation because of this Fest.

Love the sounds you are getting from the guitar.

That's a great sound you made BM, and some lovely guitar tones.

I'm curious - is the vocal missing or is the original an instrumental?  It works as such either way, IMHO.

Oh, good Lord BM this takes me back 40 years - and how!!  8)
In the 1970s I did quite a bit of deejaying - both solo and working with bands - and I can guarantee that every rock band worth its dues would play this (or at least attempt to). I have the vinyl LP and single somewhere in the attic - probably both a little worn out!

This is a superb stab at a dancefloor rock classic BM. Well done sir - a great upload. 8)

For those not quite familiar with the original - I think the album was considered a 'loose' concept album, and it's probably available on CD now. Go check out.

Here, hopefully, is the toob versh:

Great guitar work Black Mary. A bit heavier than the original but right on the money....that's what I like about it!
