Geir, that is really fantastic getting all those sounds, and then the end solo is just dynamite, Jimi Hendrix indeed.  This is super fine.

Totally 'Hendrix', and totally brilliant. That's one serious wah workout. Love it.

Note to self: rock the sh*t out of my wah pedal later, lol

Wow guys ... I don't know what to say ... This is a bit overwhelming ...

I have always loved to experience a bit with music ... try not to stay in the box ... but that sort of estranges whatever audience you might have had .... But here every experiment from country to vocal pieces to punkjazz and totally weird wahwhammy stuff is welcomed and appreciated !!!

And yes Jimi was a great no-boundary guitarist,
(then there was Blackmore ....)
Then Van Halen  totally blew my mind
Then this little 18-year-old freak started playing for zappa and creating his own universe of strange wonderful sounds

....... And when I hear the dirty slideguitar of Micky Moody on "Steal Away" or
Mark Knopflers clean strat on Down To The Waterline
or the chickenpicking frenzy of steve morse
or the punch in Johnny Cash's guitar
.... I always think to myself:

I WANNA PLAY LIKE THAT

... well of course I cant ... but that won't stop me trying ... you never know ... some days I actually like what I have recorded !!!

Now, if I only could get some discipline when I play I may be able to play a whole song without mistakes one day ..... nah probably not ...

Don't sell yourself short. I would give almost anything to play even 1 1/10 of what you do.  You are great.

Don't get me wrong .. I know I can play, and having played for almost 30 years I should, but I also hear every mistake and I always want to be better ... well maybe that's what finally is paying off .... only wish I had the determination and discipline of people like TJ, BB and 0jimi0 when I was young ...

Well age and experience has it advantages i guess (at least you get better to fake ... .... I couldn't have pulled a "Django"-stunt 10 years ago ) :) :) :) :)
