Well I've been struggling with my voice the last week and of course I have to sing every day so it just hasn't fully recovered. That's why I dropped "Let's Dance" so low and sang it so poorly. I wrote the music to this one last weekend and have been sitting on the backer for a few days. Felt kinda up to it after work yesterday so pulled over in  parking lot I frequent often https://songcrafters.org/community/index.php?topic=21506 and did 4 vocal tracks in a rainstorm. I used the pyle Handheld with the br80 effects, the verse has the 3rd harmony, the chorus  has the Tokyo Dreamland guitar effect. the 2 background vocals are the rock setting with tons of reverb. The backer is 2 tracks of my traveler guitar  the bass is the new acoustic through the extreme distortion effect. Drums are both Garageband and the Br80 drums.
1 phasery guitar (stereo)
1 cleanish guitar (stereo)
1 bass (stereo)
1 drums (GB-stereo)
1 drums (br80-sereo)
1 verse vocal (stereo)
1 chorus vocal (stereo)
2 background vocals (mono)
Into Individual
written & performed by Hook
Moods seem unpredictable
a concoction of chemicals
creating characters
Amplifying emotions
Into individual

Separate entities
connected by perforation
Fearing separation
Being gently pulled
into individual

From the shadows depth
cast a version of my soul
Can it breakaway into the light
And travel on its own

Seemingly Necessary
Dependent on interpretation
Wondering if wonders ever cease
Splitting
Into individual

Between the phased or flanged guitars and the otherworldly vocals, I heartily agree. Very cool post, Hook.

I listened to this yesterday, I thought I'd commented - but clearly not.
Super lovely trippiness, great sounds and vocals. I also agree with Blooby and Johnny :-) Great tune brother.
