Hastily written and even more hastily recorded yesterday and today...specifically for the Mikseri.net 2016 Ballad competition.  First time I ever wrote a song because I needed one :)

Man, that is creepy, and that is certainly no critique. I picture a clown singing this from a carousel.

Yup, I just freaked myself out.

Haven't got a clue what that was about but I do know that I thoroughly enjoyed it. Wonderful eerie atmosphere and all sorts of imagery going on while listening. Good work here.

Thanks! Yeah, it's supposed to freak you out a bit like most of my music and lyrics. Not a very popular thing, I suppose, but fortunately those very rare people who like it tend to really appreciate it, which makes it all right :)
The lyrics are written for a duet, yet I didn't bother setting up a collaboration for now so sang the whole thing myself. The 2nd verse and the right channel in the final verse are meant to be sung by a woman voice.

Wow! This is darker than a Stephen King novel! Brilliant!

Haha! It's a love song , right?  ;D

I could hear this as a duet for sure. I like those chords and the bass line too. Interesting creation!
