sure, why not? It's supposed to be heard by actual people, right?
The song was partially inspired by an encounter with another, much younger and idealistic local musician, who makes a modest living playing standard covers in local bars, weddings etc. I mentioned I had gotten a few of my songs played daily on a couple of indie rock stations, and his reply was that he'd never sell out to have his songs on the radio. Well, okay then.

oh, and thanks for the feedback lads. Glad you've liked it. I figured this forum if any place would have people who would get this, as I'm sure you've all had your share of the same.
