Welcome Rods, sometimes a cheap acoustic does just the trick~This is one of those times! I love it! It probably wouldn't sound this cool on a $2000 Martin...

You really took me by suprise with this! This track is jammin' man~ keep up the good work 8)

Hey this sounds like a really great start.
But why don't you experiment a little with it yourself, and put in the fills?
You have the tools! Sounds to me like you have the skills...
Just jam with yourself using the BR, and when you like how it sounds, record it into another track...
Then, come back and post it.
'cause I will be anxious to hear how it is going..

nothing is real... So theres nothing to get hung about!

Great start. There's a nice driving, acoustic groove to this. You should add some extra layers to this and build it up into a full song with vocals. And there's nothing wrong with cheap guitars... some of the best music on here is done with cheap guitars. Check out the tutorial on rhythm patterns - it's a bit daunting at first, but once you get your head around the 'step' concept, you'll be all set.

Welcome Rods great first post  8) lets hear more!

I agree with the others Rods.  YOu are off to a great start.  I can hear vocals coming with this. Keep on working at it.  Will be a great song.

Bluesberry

Great driving rhythm you got there.  Great strumming.

Alternate Tunings: CAUTION: your fingers have to be in different places

Drive drive drive. Great post. Like others suggested, try adding some vocals. It could add another whole degree of fun here. Keep on truckin'.
