I'm wondering what the title means. Listening to the unabashedly happy sound of this song, I imagine this is has something to do with feeling good again after going through a bad time.

Yes, good bump. Too happy to be a sad rain song which seems to be my default take. It's more like a refreshing spring rain on the newly budding trees.
