I missed this the first time around but went back and listened to a bit of the original. I like the addition of the bass guitar. It's not an overbearing sound, but fills out the song nicely. And I do like the song as well. I'll say it again (and correctly) I REALLY like your music.

Cool song,this actually reminds me of arcade fire music wise.
Not like any of their stuff they have done just like something they would do.
A great song and great playing.

Nice work, I also get the Arcade Fire reference here. Didn't hear the original but the bass works well. Really like the song, there are some nice twists and turns and I love the way it ends from around 2:00ish onwards. Excellent vocals as well, great stuff

The snare does get a little prominent for me at times but that's no big issue with the song overall. The drums do have a good "swing" to them.
