I completed this song some months back, touching on a personal issue I've finally gotten a handle on and an acceptance for regarding it's place in my past. As for the recording, the vocals are probably overkill and the closing parts probably throwaway, but at the time I needed to put all I had toward the song and just try to leave it there.

I realised this was part of your past before you posted the song - it's a great song Allysonmarie, not just your beautiful voice but the lyrics are so powerful. They must be very difficult to sing and to share, thank you x

I can only agree with the others. As usual you touch me with your voice, words and performance. This is heavy.

It may just be a passing resemblance, but the piano motif in the verse bears some likeness to the intro on "New Born" by Muse, which is my book is a very good thing!

The way you are hold onto and extend some of the words is remarkably powerful and your voice has such a gorgeous anthemic tone to it.

You blow me way with each and every song I hear.
