A Man Builds A wall (lLive in the Cellar)

Tangled Wires

I am a big fan of your stripped back songs, it's something you excel at, and the power of your vocal provides more than any additional instruments could do here. The "I just don't understand" parts at the end were belted out beautifully, and that was a nice touch in fading out with that line.

That acoustic guitar sounds great too, and that intro/verse has a real Pink Floyd sound to my ears.

Great song!

I found the Easter egg!

But what you sing is, "just to watch people die" – ala Johnny Cash "Folsom Prison Blues!" Which is very clever, and I want to believe that you intended it. I sometimes hide references like that in my songs, and hope someone will find them someday. What do I win?

This is just a great, raw, song. In your vocal delivery, I feel the full weight of the sad bewilderment.

This one is missing from the WarSongs Jukebox. I'll alert the management.
