If you set a pass code in your Apple device, you will remove the possibility of it being hacked and disabled.
But, how many of the millions of iPad/iPod owners have even bothered to set any security on their devices?
They were smug and so sure they couldn't be hacked. Apple tacitly encouraged that false state of mind.
It encouraged people to buy their product, thinking it was much more secure than that of the other
un-named 800 pound gorilla out there.

My one of the managers at my work got into her employee's personal phone for information and ever since then I've kept a code on my phone. Now it's habit. I do like music apps but I don't use them enough to justify having one, tbh. Ah well, maybe I'll spend more time outside if my phone gets hacked.
