I second Alfredo with "time after time". Oh, and that Birdland cover is impressive.

Besides some of the covers you find on this site, I really don't know where to start.

Perhaps True Colours by Eva Cassidy, or Frente's Bizarre Love Triangle

Or more likely, one of the many covers you find in youtube with diferent kinds of sophistication.
