I think it's a keeper. Haunting, a touch Beatle-ish. I really like it, woule be great developed I would think.

Agree with Bluesberry and Dragonshade, don't chuck it. In some ways this is a bit more structured than some of your other stuff (at least the guitar is). There's real potential, this is perhaps a little darker than some of your other material which gives it a bit of an edge. Give it time and come back to it. Heck, I'm coming back to songs I wrote nearly 30 years ago, so a few days/weeks wouldn't hurt.
