Looks like Best Buy is liquidating some of their musical supply stock - I just purchased a new BR-800 for $257.39, with free shipping. I'm psyched.

It arrived about 30 minutes ago.

It's still working hours for me, so I didn't fire it up and dive in (that will probably take place on the weekend), but I had to open it up just to take a peek at it. Very sleek - I think I'm going to like it (and I'm looking forward to trying a "proper" microphone with it). And it even came with a labeled power cord…nice touch!
