Lovely interesting little changes here and there. This is my cup of tea!

Love the super cool "twang" chord that holds it down in the background.

Excellent, lovely playing and lovely sounds. The recording technique worked really well and the whole piece is very crisp and clear. Very nice work indeed.

And a Robin Trower pedal, the first time I've heard of one of them. Does it make your mouth fly open when you engage it? Sounds great though.

Thanks for all the comments.

Hook - its the trem that gives it a west cost feel I think :-)

ORH - the amp is still covered in dust from the loft, I think I bought that amp when I was 14 :-) I wondered at the time whether you could record and get a big sound, now, many years later, I know :-)

Andy - yeah I like the emulators, however was experimenting with recording sounds, and really like the small amp sound. The Joyo is a rip off of the Tech21 pedal, except for £30 from Amazon :-) Can use it as a DI, which works great - but also shapes the sound of a small amp.

Ferryman - its a Fulltone Robin Trower, 4th one along - my fav distortion pedal

the amp covered in dust reminds me of a story,

bryan ferry heard "i've never seen a girl like you before" by edwin collins. he said i want that guitar sound.

so being bryan ferry he could call on all the best session guitarists, none of them could reproduce the sound.

so his producer suggested he get edwyn.

edwyn collins turned up with the guitar and amp his mom bought him from woolworths and got the sound bryan was looking for in one take.

i love edwyn collins
