Hi all.

Here's a song written 2010 and recorded the following year on a Boss BR600 using on-board FX and drum machine.

The mandolin is done on my Italia 12 string right up the "Dusty" end.
Accoustic is Babicz Identity, Main guitar PRS SE Santana, Bass Farida PB =a=like.

Vocals are processed via TC Helicon Harmony GTX but not using auto-tune.

Hope you'll give it a try.

Gosh, I love that 12 string action and the awesome vocal arrangement. Great one, screams vintage, warm, timeless. Great!

Right up my street. Makes me think a bit of Lindisfarne and ELO on the harmonies, and there's a lovely 70's vibe going on. Great songwriting, performance and production. In fact, it sounds like Jeff Lynne produced it! Wonderful. More please!!!

ODH

Yeah, I'm loving those harmonies too and the great production.

For me maybe the mandolin is a tiny bit high in the mix.

Overall though, wow.

Hi guys and thanx for your feedback on this track. Strange that there's mention of Jeff Lynne and the Wilburys. I was born in the same neighbourhood of Birmingham UK as Jeff  (Although he's 4 years younger than me) and used to see him regularly at gigs( his and mine) in the late 60's/early 70's. His band then was the Idle Race. It was a few years later that he joined the Move and then on to ELO.

Not sure whether this is really the right place to put a question,      BUT.......... How come the number of times this track has been downloaded is quite a bit more than the number of times the thread has been read  ???
