Export Micro BR Recording as MP3

Well, I finally found an SD card that actually works, and even recorded some racket.  I was told (by an admittedly untechy person) that music recorded with this device could be easily moved to your computer as an mp3.

The manual explains how to get somebody else's mp3 IN, so I can play along, but that's not what I had in mind at all.

The users of this place upload compositions recorded on this device, so what am I missing?  ???

Had some inaugural racket ready, but somewhere in the mastering labyrinth, the rhythm tempo changed.  Not sure how I did it, and I couldn't change it back.  There's always tomorrow...
