nice work, really captures the sound of the era.

Where did you get the backing track?

godinqc

I got the backing track from a book called "Giants of Metal" from Jamie Humphries .. I comes with a CD and backing track for different bands like Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, AC/DC etc...
It's actually a pretty good book .. I had it for a while and didn't use it much but since I bought the BR and discovered this forum, I started dusting off my guitar books again, I even started to practice scales again  :-\
.
This forum is great, it has tons of great songs, ideas and good feedback..
Thanks

Cool stuff. Been off of here for a few days and am catching up here. I can hear all the Sabbathish in this thing. You definitely had my toe tapping. I wonder if anyone on here has a raspyish voice and could add some vox to this.

:) I really like this!!! The bit where it speeds up and takes off into 'Paranoid' territory is just great. You should get this on the collaborations thread - some bass and vocals will turn this into a VERY good, completed song. Your guitar parts are just right.
