Hey guys.  Been working on this for awhile. Have a rough (incomplete) sketch of the music. Will upload the music later. Here are the lyrics.  Thanks.

Wolves... by Paul J. Vigeant jr.

You can't ignore this invitation...  'cause the price is too high.
Bow down to the new revolution... 'cause the old one has died.

Different places, different games... Always ends the same.
Trade my faith for fortune and fame... Why am I to blame?

Wolves in sheep's clothing, tracking down the week.
They're still hunting as we speak.

You cannot kill this congregation... inside my head.
They came to me for absolution... not a soul was spared.

Different faces, different names... always ends the same.
Trade their faith for fortune and fame... so why am I to blame?

Wolves in sheep's clothing, taking out the weak.
They're still feasting as we speak.
Wolves in sheep's clothing, led me to their graves.
Wolves in sheep's clothing, not a soul was saved.

Sold their souls for fortune and fame... so why am I to blame?

Wolves in sheep's clothing, tracking down the weak.
Wolves in sheep's clothing, hunting as we speak.
Wolve's in sheep's clothing, taking out the weak.
Wolves in sheep's clothing, feasting as we speak.

Wolves in sheep's clothing, not a soul was saved.

You can't destroy this institution.

If Pepper Keenan was a black man fronting Clutch with Sunn0)))'s guitars and RATM's bass, covering Steve Wonder's "Higher Ground", it might sound like this... LOL

That's a very good question.  The song is about a person who works the masses over wherever he/she goes, setting them up as marks for a larger force, political or religious, and discovers that there is a price for his/her actions.

I think that encapsulated it as best as I can on three hours sleep.

The music is pretty intense. I feel I have all the right pieces, just in all the wrong places. I will probably rerecord it, starting with the rhythm track and just the vocals. The vocals contain all the cues for where I want the music to follow. Once I have that course charted, it should be smoother sailing.

I'm wondering if I want to post what I have done now, warts and all, or wait until I have it "fixed".
