I was not happy with the vocal from the version we did in the Bunker so here is the revised vocal from the Cellar.......Get Funky....

But  i could not find the funk it was always on the move

But what ever I did I could not find the funk

I couldn't find it man

I questioned my mind, was it me
Was it me that was hiding  that key
If I could let go, maybe, I could find the groove
And find that funk inside and finally set it free

I tried to do what my mama told me
I tried to be a good good boy
I tried to go out and find that groove  i was moving  heaven and earth
The funk was just not there The dam funk was on the move seemed to me it was gone gone gone
It's gone it was hiding from me

Then the devil appeared in front of me he said come with me son
I know where the funk is I know where it runs
All you got to do is believe in me, cause the funk belongs to me
So I followed him blindly to exactly where it be

So I got out there quickly, i was better of on my own
I learned how to look inside and get the groove on my own
And sure enough when I did it was hiding deep inside
I'd found that funk and I truly come alive

I let the funk free

I found the Funk

Oh yeah, that is indeed better. The original was fine, but yeah, it was worth going again.

Whenever I redo something I've already let other people hear I'm always worried I might have bogged it up trying to improve it
