A crazy weekend ...

So Mazz's 18th - she wanted a birthday party, which is okay. She tells me some band (friends from FB) are going to play. Next thing I know, a tour bus tips up outside the house, complete with support band.

The guys played a brilliant set, and were great guys. "From Embers" and "Hold the Fight". Really nice guys - had two bands stay over in the house. Drinking and talking music till the early hours - young guys, talented and full of  energy - they love music. Make you remember why we do this and why we love music!

Not my kind of music, but hey, they do what they do, and do it so well. Mazz and mates had a blast, and even us oldies had a great time!

Nah - we had a hall booked, and a mate brought a PA around. We did an opening little set - and then the boys went on. It was truely crazy- but I loved every minute of it

Bruno... I checked these youngsters out last night. Very impressive... I'm not so much into the screamo stuff, but these guys put a nice twist on that style of music... kinda reverse Linkin Park type stuff... really enjoy'd... Top notch musicians for sure!!!!... Hope Mazz had a great time!!!!
