As far as I know, it's part of the mp3 player feature. Just add that and the Podcast icon will automatically appear in your post. Hope this helps:

The "Podcast" icon attached to the right of the MP3 Player gadget is actually a bit of a misnomer. It's really just a link to the attachment. So, if you click on the Podcast icon, you can save the MP3 file associated with the player to your hard drive. A true podcast is a series of audio or video files which you subscribe to so they will be automatically downloaded by your web browser at certain intervals. But there's no way to subscribe to the podcasts here, so they're really just a simple download link. The term "podcast" comes from the words "iPod" and "broadcast".
