My kid is obsessed with this song – because she got this doll set for Christmas.

It's a really well-made pop punk song. The songwriters hired to write this earned every penny they were paid for their souls. The chorus is catchy; I wish I'd written it. And check out the punk guitar solo at 1:42, how the song modulates during the solo, and modulates again before the last verse. Perfection.

ah yes Blooby.  That is proper right there.  The tones and the playing and the vocals are superb.  The mix is great.  What I really love is the drums and the bass player.  This is tight as all heck.  It's like Frampton, Townsend, Clapton, and Ralphs all morphed into 2 people one of which gotta little Cocker in him.  This is about as good as it gets.
