What a coincidence, I was listening to that just the other day and enjoying it very much. Good to see John still recording.

Alfina Fresta is a girl from Catania, Sicily; she is 29yo.

She cannot see, her weight is only 40 kg and she lives on a wheel chair since she was a little girl.

She is GREAT.

The piano genius Stefano Bollani and Band Osiris. Banda Osiris are 4 great classical training musicians who during the last 30 years have chosen to link music and pure fun.

If you need a smile, look for any Banda Osiris video on the Internet...  :)

for me it was this morning I listened again to Clapton's Pilgrim, Clapton's most accomplished studio album for me although very criticized (he is criticized for not being blues, but pop variety)...
see article wiki
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pilgrim_(Eric_Clapton_album)

...I feel like doing a cover of Born in time (with dobro part)  a song by bob dylan covered by Clapton

In Pilgrim album I chose this little acoustic pearl : "Circus "

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hsz9NPbr0gg ................I feel like doing a cover of this song for the picking

I discover
John Wright is a musician, singer and researcher born in England in 1939 and died on 4 September 2013.

Singer, harmonica player, violinist and jew's harp player, he settled in Paris in the 1960s, where he took part with Catherine Perrier in the launch of the folk movement of the 1960s and 1970s by founding the first French folk-club, "Le Bourdon ".

He participated in the Compagnie MaƮtre Guillaume, as a medieval musician, and in 1988 he distinguished himself in "Tempore et Mesura", creation of Ris et Danceries directed by Francine Lancelot. He immersed himself in the reconstruction of medieval musical instruments. He has also conducted some in-depth research in the field of ethnomusicology, in particular onimbards and cordophones of the Baltic countries (Jouhikko...)
