The best part of my job is I can listen to music on Sirius/XM or Youtube all day.
Always lots of classic rock, Neil Young, Pink Floyd and have really gotten into Mark Knopfler and Dire Straits since my boss is a huge fan of his.

Listened  to the album the other day thought it was really good the 90s passed me by.

I have seen this several time before, but it just slayed me. Campy but friggin' great. The choir in the droogie hats was a nice touch. They should have had white jumpsuits, though. The expressions on Page, Plant, and Jones as the song progresses are priceless.

So... 30 years ago, a pedal steel guitarist in Denver gave me a mix tape that changed my life. It was a bunch of music from around Africa. The music catalyzed my idle curiosity about Africa and turned it into, "Hell yes I'm going there."

One of the songs on the mix tape was "Maloba D'Amour;" a wonderful cover of Buddy Holly's "Words of Love." I tried once or twice over the years to find the artist or the song online. Today, inspired by the 50's Rock & Roll Fest, I tried again and...
