For the past few months I've been listening to the 1995 debut album by Garbage quite a lot and I love it. Garbage is a Scottish/American band. Lead singer Shirley Manson is from Edinburgh and the rest of the band is from the American midwest. Shirley had previously been in a Scottish band called Angelfish.

have been doing the 40quid man thing down at the local record store, off to crete tomorrow and putting new sounds in the piepod. got the new cds by jack white, japandroid and the maccabees but i think it will be a while before i get round to listening to them as i also got the new shins cd port of morrow. oh man it's good.
