But for laugh I prefer this one - but may not translate out of the UK very well

Guild Starfire 5, Fender Telecaster, Fender Stratocaster, K Yairi and Walden and a 12 Stagg string acoustic guitar and other music making boxes - including mandolin, bouzouki and 5 string banjo, uke and acoustic bass - a few M-Audio keyboards and a flute - all played and treated with equal love and attention - zoom ut 2 pedal and Logic Pro X

Quote from: Gu Djin on March 18, 2011, 05:34:25 PMA band much underrated in my humble opinion.  Not a good recording, but it captures some of their live magic

Saw them play their Xmas gig in either the late 70's or very early 80's in the City Hall in Newcastle (why aye man!)

They have been a guilty secret for years. Meet me on the corner is a brilliant song.

I'm not very familiar with the music of Lindisfarne. But one of the members of the Yahoo! BossBR group (or maybe it was the BR-900 group) posted a cover of their "Train In G Major" (from the "Fog on the Tyne" LP) a few years ago. I think it's quite good.

I love the Sonics! Their singer drinks too much coffee, and their drummer is nutz! ;)

Never seen this video before, but it reminded me of the opening scene of Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill!:

EDIT: can't get the time parameter to work, so start the video at 1 min 7 sec.

Back to the Sonics - Have love, will travel.

nah!

I'm glad I gave up smoking.

I no longer take drugs unless they are delivered in a glass container and have a French name.

Truth is not beauty.
