my new epiphone eb3 sg bass, and epiphone g-400 guitar.

Hi Sanfi4u, I found 1960 ltd edition  custom shop epi eb3. Very similar looking like yours . I want to buy it. I love the shape of it and I'm a Gibson SG Bass fan. The only thing that makes me stop buying it is the wood. I'm still not sure if it's solid mahogany or laminated wood. Do you know anything about it ? Because there is massive sound and weight difference between epiphone eb3 and Gibson eb3 . And some people says that it's laminated plywood.  What do you think?

Sorry for noticing your question so late. Most probably it's been sorted out one way or another by now. But if you are still interested, Epiphone 60's Limited Edition Custom Shop EB-3 (2011) has mahogany body, mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard. You'll find the full spec here:
