I just shipped a guitar to the UK for one of our members. He worked out the pricing and wound up having DHL do all the work.

Ok, thanks!  That is some great info.

BTW, I heard of the "United Breaks Guitars" saga, and apparently the company now uses these videos when training their own customer service personnel.  So hopefully they would now do a better job if only to compensate for this negative publicity.
