Nice guitar, Tony J,

What is the rhythm track that you are using there?  I try to find simple things but I can't get things that pared back.

Tony

tafka

its a bog standard blues backing track in G.
i could email it to you if you want it.

Is it from the rhythm arrangements on the MBR?  Or is it something that you have loaded up?  I only asked because I have difficulty getting the MBR arrangements to be so simple.

Tony

I also forgot to say thanks for the offer of emailing me the track.  Pre-coffee posts are not recommended for me.

You don't need to do that, but thanks anyway.  I have a drummer with a Roland electronic kit and BR600 so I have no shortage of tracks.  This is more a me vs. MBR thing.  I keep trying to find the simplest rhythm tracks and build them up.  My pet peeve at present is the difference between the Country V1 and the Country V2.  Aaargh.  It could have been such a perfect shift, but it wasn't.

So that's a long way around saying, no thanks to the offer of the email but yes please if you have any more info on simple MBR rhythms.

See, I told you I shouldn't post before coffee but the good news is that I've just heard that it's hamburgers for breakfast!!  Oh joy!!
