Ben & Jerry's 'Chubby Hubby' is very nice (I ate a few tubs of it in America...), but they don't sell it in the UK, so I don't even know if they still make it. It has salty pretzels in it, lol.

Well, since I live in Sicily (the land of traditional ice cream)...it's not easy to give a precise answer.

It depends:

- for breakfast, what better than a coffee (or almond, or lemon...) granita with a brioche?

BTW: today I've prepared a lemon granita for tomorrow's breakfast.

My recipe:

250 cc PURE lemon juice

750 cc water

250 grams of sugar.

Nothing more.

Mix everything WELL in a glass...well we call it here frigo verre

to solve the sugar, and put in the freezer.

Wait till it's frozen.

It's better to get the frigo verre out of the freezer 30 minutes before eating the granita. Even better, put the granita into a mixer (NOT home recording) to have the granita more soft.

Perfect for a summer breakfast. Try it.
