One of my favorite album of all time is Seven Days in Sammystown, by Wall of Voodoo--which was post-hit, post-Stan-Ridgeway, post-any-expectation-that-they-might-ever-be-relevant-again.

Just proves to me that one-hit wonders don't necessarily mine their one-and-only gem on that one hit.

Deep Blue Something did, but not Wall of Voodoo.

I've loved this song since I first heard it on a Bam-Caruso compilation way back in the early Eighties. Dig that crazy Burns Bison bass!!

Didn't realize that I don't seem to like too many bands with only one hit. Or those I do have been posted already... Hmm... I'll have to go into my "guilty pleasure" list I think...

Great use of a small part from a RHCP song. Great to bump the bass in the car too. Um... ya...  :-[

I know that these guys have produced album after album of fine music but this is pretty much it as far as UK hits went

We are here on Earth to fart around. Don't let anybody tell you any different
- Kurt Vonnegut.

I used to love Yellow Dog, I've still got one of their albums on vinyl. I think it was called Beware the Dog. Thanks for the memory.............Willie
