Johnbee

The day was soooooooo boring I almost forgot.  Just another work day, but I'm now 56 years YOUNG!

Very thoughtful of you guys.  Thanks all so much!!

 :) John B.

PS-What did I get?  I'm having a new house built.  Should be ready to live in before years end. I guess that's my present.

 ;) JB

By and large, jazz has always been like the kind of a man you wouldn't want your daughter to associate with.

Gritter

Thanks everyone.

I took the day off work and went to see a free concert in Stanley Park with the family. Free concerts all weekend celebrating Vancouver's 125th birthday. I saw good ol' Barney Bentall and the Legendary Hearts, Daniel Wesley, The Be Good Tanyas but the best time we had was seeing En Karma - They had everyone at the second stage dancing and singing along to their live Bhangra music. What a great band!

I think we'll go back tonight to see Neko Case and The New Pornographers.
