Lindsey Buckingham.I think this guy is one of the most overlooked/underated guitarists of the last 30 odd years, he has a unique sound and style, fantastic.

Another overlooked guitarist in my mind. Josh Homme - His rhythm textures and lead licks are phenomenal. Josh also pioneered many unique guitar tones that many strive to copy. Unknown early on, but a headliner today in QOTSA and Them Crooked Vultures.
