Don't you love it when you purchase something with a 2 year warranty on 23 May 2009 and it decides to stop working on 22 June 2011.

I have just had a win !

I emailed a copy of my receipt to the repairer/agent out here and said:

"I don't suppose you would consider extending the warranty for 30 days for me as a gesture of good will or something."

I just got an email reply from the WONDERFUL Lara who works for the importer Shure products:

"Hi David,
No problem at all – I'll get a new pair on their way out to you today if you'd like?"


So a new set of Shure SE310 earbuds are on their way to me now !!
