record song on google homepage today

The google logo today is a weird guitar (sitar perhaps?) you can strum with the mouse cursor and if you click the black square it turns on a recorder where you can record your songs.

How do you play-back what you've recorded?

once you stop recording ie click the box so the red light goes off, click on the arrow in the box to the left.  It will play what you recorded ... and you can play over that recording.
