The question of how to best organise your recorded tracks came up recently in this topic and has come up several times in the past. So I thought I'd create this topic to collect all of the various track sheets which have been posted at Songcrafters together in one place. I'm also including drum arrangement/pattern sheets. If you've created a track sheet or drum sheet which you'd like to share with other users, feel free to post it in this topic.

Here are some that have been posted in the past:

Micro BR (4x8 tracks):

and here's an example of the same sheet filled-in (see this message):

and here's a clearer example using all 32 tracks:

There are probably more. If anyone knows of any track sheets or drum sheets that I've missed, please post a link to them here.

Also, there's a Track Sheet included with most Boss BRs in the back of the manual.

Hi,

I have recently put a simple spreadsheet together which I use for keeping notes on what tracks are going where (vtracks included) on the BR800. Not sure if it would be of any benefit to anyone but it's here if you want to use!!

Cheers!

I've been on this Forum since 2009 and this is the 1st time I've noticed this thread! I've just downloaded the TrackSheet for the BR1600, which will suit my needs perfectly. Thank you.  8)

I never knew about this thread either. And it features some of my work. I'll have to see what the other members have worked up for the MBR.

I finally took a look at these. Although I think I'll stick with my worksheets and the way I do things, I'm really impressed by these:

This indicates impressive levels of planning and confidence that are foreign to me. I usually try to minimize bounces, (a) because I worry too much that I might not be happy with a particular level from an earlier bounce, and (b) the part of me that remembers recording to tape still worries about "generation loss."

I had some simple sheets in excel a long time ago and just did a quick search but cannot find them. These days I rarely re-record so I'm typically in too much of a hurry to actually write things down. Which causes problems on rare occasions but typically doesn't matter much at all. A couple of these look awesome. Thanks for all the sharing.
