Sometimes you just hear a piece of music that takes you to a place and this is such music, sounds so beautiful and I,m sure Norway is too.

Magnificent soundscape, bro! I've always enjoyed your nylon textures, this is wonderful! The violin adds so much power to your playing.

I love this!

The violin is an amazing instrument. It effortlessly conveys such emotion.

Tharek, this is of course, a very moving piece and your playing is so expressive.

It was a soothing experience...

Thanks Guys!

It is iPhone violin. Such a useful tool for music and better than the £3000 synth I used to use.....
The interface is so Organic, and you really have to shake the thing for tremello and sustain.

I did this tune with a view to a vox. ORH has filled in the Gaps and was with me for the expirience I was writing about, which makes it special for me.

Here is the finished version.

I Love what Jim did here!
we raced to the top
to see who'd be first
to look down from on high

like children we ran
we ran to the top
to reach for the sky

and then tumbled on down
to the other side
and stood by the shore
and stood by the shore
we stood by the shore

we looked on the beach
for some flat sided stones
to skite and to skip o'er the waves

till our arms where all sore
till we hadn't the strength
to throw anymore
to throw anymore

then i picked up this stone
that stood out from the rest
and i slipped it in my pocket
so i wouldn't forget
so i wouldn't forget
this stone will hold my memories
i'm taking this stone home with me
i'm taking this stone home with me

we raced to the top
to see who'd be first
to look down from on high

like children we ran
we ran to the top
to reach for the sky

this stone will hold my memories
this stone will hold my memories
i'm taking this stone home with me

You amazad me again, Tharek! Guitar work is stunning, but the iPhone violin put this on the other level...fabulous additions!

And...James. Absolutely awesome work on lyrics and vox in the spirit of MET. Great vid as well!!

Beautiful song Tharek.  Now even more stunning with Jims fantastic vocal.  That is a very natural sounding violin, amazing.
