Acoustic amp software

Is there a kind of software similar to GuitarRig or GearBox for acoustic amp/guitar. Those 2 softwares are based on famous amps and effects for electric guitars and it will be nice to have something like that for acoustic players which can simulate a sound of acoustic amps

Interesting you mention those 2:
Guitar Rig does not have any acoustic amp models, but GearBox is a very different product. Gearbox uses hardware on a Line6 Pod to do the modeling, and (most of) those do have a decent acoustic amp model available (my Pod xt has "Line 6® Piezacoustic 2" model which is not too bad)
But still my preferred method of recording acoustic is with a microphone!

Actually, it would be some software version on  Zoom A2 pedal.

i use an amp modeller called hardcore in cubase, tho i think it came loaded in fl9. it has predominantly electric guitar settings but there is one preset that is really nice called "mic ed acoustic guitar start point" not sure if there are others but the software is tweakable, but that is beyond my ken.
