Yeah... sadly, absinthe without wormwood isn't hallucinogenic. But wormwood can make you blind (or chop a bit of your ear off and send in to a prozzie), so it was probably a good idea to drop it! Lol

Absinthe at least in Canada cannot be made using the traditional way using wormwood.
So it has none of the desired hallucinogenic effects it had in the old country  (I am Czech :) )

Wish I could just use simple pot like back n the 60's :(  , guess who is allergic to the plant. :(
